Privacy

Arc is a personal finance assistant, so it handles some of the most personal data there is. These are the commitments the product is built around.

What Arc does with your data

• Zero data retention for AI. The AI runs with zero data retention: the model provider keeps nothing it is sent.
• Never sold, no ads, no trackers. Arc never sells your data, shows no ads and runs no analytics trackers.
• Encrypted with your own key. Your data is encrypted with a key unique to you.
• A log of what the AI saw. The privacy log in Settings shows exactly what was sent to the AI.

Your controls

• Export. Download everything Arc holds about you, at any time.
• Delete. Delete your account and it’s gone: Arc’s Plaid access is revoked and your keys are destroyed.

Bank connections

Arc links your banks, cards, loans and investments through Plaid.
